Samuel Fair Fuller is Perry's son that I believe to have been incarcerated in Sing Sing Prison in NY State. He was a merchant marine for 16 years and served under both the US and UK flags. These documents are his application for Sailor's Snug Harbor Home that once was on Staten Island NY and relocated to NC in the mid 1970's.
